Official Rules

These rules govern the Harenix World's Fair, Fall 2026. By registering in the Arena you agree to them. Questions go to builders@harenix.fun.

1. Organizer

Harenix ("we") organizes the Harenix World's Fair, an online skills-based competition for software products built on Robinhood Chain. Harenix is independent and has no affiliation with Robinhood Markets, Inc. or its subsidiaries.

2. Timeline

  • Registration opens: September 15, 2026, 16:00 UTC.
  • Build window: September 29, 2026, 16:00 UTC to November 9, 2026, 23:59 UTC.
  • Judging: November 10 to December 6, 2026.
  • Winners announced: December 7, 2026.

We may extend any date and will announce changes on X and in the Arena.

3. Eligibility

  1. Entrants must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
  2. Residents of jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions, and people on sanctions lists, may not win prizes.
  3. Products must be new ventures that have not raised a priced equity round or sold tokens to the public.
  4. Employees and contractors of Harenix and judges may not compete.

4. Teams and registration

  1. Each entrant registers in the Arena with their own wallet and belongs to at most one team.
  2. Teams have one to five members. Each team submits one project, and only the team leader can submit it.
  3. Entrants keep their registration details accurate. We may remove accounts that impersonate others or register in bulk.

5. Submission requirements

  1. A contract deployed on Robinhood Chain mainnet (chain ID 4663) or testnet (chain ID 46630) whose address the Arena verifies.
  2. A source code repository, a pitch video of at most three minutes and a written description.
  3. Disclosure of any work completed before the build window. Judges evaluate only work completed during the window.
  4. Entries must not infringe intellectual property, contain malware or break applicable law.

6. Judging

The Harenix core team and track panels score submissions on founder and market fit, insight, product and execution, use of Robinhood Chain, market size, communication, viability and traction. Community votes in the gallery inform judges but do not decide winners. Judges' decisions are final.

7. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: $40,000. Finalist pool: $150,000 split across 15 teams at $10,000 each.
  • Public Good Prize: $7,500. University Prize: $7,500.
  • Pavilion (track) prizes: $215,000 across eight pavilions as listed on the home page.

We pay prizes in USDG on Robinhood Chain after winners complete identity verification. Winners pay any taxes due. A team may win one overall award and one track prize. If no entry meets the bar for a prize, we may withhold it.

8. Harenix Accelerator

Accelerator offers are separate from prizes, subject to interviews and to signing investment documents. Winning a prize does not guarantee an offer, and declining an offer does not affect prizes.

9. Token

Participation requires no purchase and no token. $HRNX has not launched. Harenix publishes the only valid contract address on @harenix and harenix.fun at launch. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

10. Intellectual property and publicity

Teams keep ownership of their work. By submitting, teams grant Harenix a non-exclusive license to display the project name, description, video and links to promote the competition.

11. Conduct and disqualification

We may disqualify entrants who break these rules, the code of conduct in the FAQ, or who manipulate votes, plagiarize or misrepresent their work. We may revoke prizes awarded on false information.

12. Liability

Entrants deploy contracts and handle keys at their own risk. Harenix is not liable for lost funds, network outages, RPC failures or third-party services. Where the law allows, Harenix limits its liability to the value of any prize awarded to the entrant.
